About our Apartments & Villas Availability

We rarely accommodate short stays.  When we do its to fill in the extra days we have available, if the apartment management allow. On this website, we only accept a 30-night minimum stay and deal directly with the guest to organise apartment setup and decorating. This enables for the customising of your short-term flat. Longer stays are tax-free and incur no additional booking fees because you have an accommodation arrangement with our firm and the building.

Our rates are transparent.  

  • One (1) bedrooms start at 105.00 per night,
  • two(2)  bedrooms start at $149.00 per night, and
  • three(3) bedrooms start at 185.00 per night.

You can stay up to one year. We only need a 30 day notice. Contact us directly for availablility.  We can setup your unit within ten (10)  to five (5) business days. This workout well for interstate guest and international guest. We do not call you unless you have questions.  We don’t chase guest! We don’t sell your information to third party.  You are always working with a employee of the company as we don’t use answering services.

Most frequent questions and answers

A:  We’re going above and beyond to support your health and safety with our Premium Clean program. These expanded housekeeping measures meet or exceed CDC recommendations and align with guidance from hospitality industry experts.  Professional, trained housekeepers follow a comprehensive cleaning procedure after every stay, including sanitizing and disinfecting for your protection.

A:  The private residence you see on the website are the specific ones you will stay in unless we send you other photos. We feel this is best way to ensure your complete satisfaction with the home. Keep in mind, some complexes assign units at checkin and that information will be noted in the description.

A:  At least 48-hours prior to your arrival you will be sent all pertinent information regarding your accomodations which includes where to pickup your keys. If you are long-term stay like 30 days or more, we will have you sorted with 5-10 days prior to arrival.

A:  No,  You are our guest, and all the homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. There is a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine/dryer (select units), dishwasher and dust pan in the home in case of a need to do a quick touch on your stay.

A:  No. We provide you with the linens and towels. Each home has two sets of linens for each bed and ample towels. You may wish to bring beach towels if you are taking a day trip to the beach.

A:  Yes, all of Keller Hotels private residences are non-smoking  environments  are strictly enforced. Guests are permitted to smoke on the patio area outside of the villas

A:  We accept Visa MasterCard & AmEx through our partner providers PayPal.com. We have worked with PayPal for since 2010.  We can also except through Square. All check-ins are paid upfront prior to arrival. We can make arrangement for long terms to pay monthly. Our deposit match the deposit required by the Apartment building. As a company we have never charged for security deposits as we maintain a credit card on file for damages.  All maid services is arranged on case by case basis in your agreement. We keep the extra charges at a minimum.  That’s the difference between online bookings and Corporate housing.

A:  Yes,  The apartment building will inquire into your background for security reason but all apartments are corporate with our company, Anemone Investments LLC.
